After years of experience operating Iran's power system, Iran Grid Management Company created a forum for sharing innovative ideas and academic and industrial research on energy markets. Journal of Energy Markets Research aims to bridge a gap between academic research and industrial practices. The main scopes of this journal are about the optimal use of energy resources, developing optimization techniques in energy markets, mitigation of environmental pollutants, regulatory affairs and setting policies for efficient use, allocation of energy resources, and generally debating about any issue which helps to secure sustainable energy procurement through energy markets.
